Will you advertise my Pub Music Night?

Yes! Our talented lead singer Daisy is also a trained Graphic Designer and regularly creates professional standard posters to promote all of our public performances on social media! As long as you're happy for us to advertise on your behalf, we'll do our best to encourage the best possible attendance at your event!

As a Landlord, how much extra will I need to pay for long-distance travel?

Stereo Jack are typically hired between the CB9 and the CO10 postcodes, including surrounding villages. An additional fee will only be charged if the band are asked to travel in excess of 20 miles from their base location of Haverhill, Suffolk. In this case, fuel will be charged at the rate of 43 pence per mile for each vehicle. The band usually travel in 3 cars.

If my Private Party has a pub venue, will it cost me less?

Unfortunately not! The reason we offer an exclusive price to Landlords is because they are limited by a strict budget. We offset this by reducing our offering, meaning many of the features of the Private Party package are not included for Pub Music Nights. At Private Parties, we spend significantly longer at the venue, arriving in the afternoon and providing DJ service right through to the early hours, as well as playing an additional 30 minutes of live music.

Why do you offer Pub Music Nights at such a reduced rate?

We enjoy Pub Music Nights because it gives us the rare opportunity to perform at a more relaxed public venue, where friends, family and fans alike can come along and enjoy an energetic evening of entertainment. Being that these bookings are often made by local pubs in our hometown area, it affords us the luxury of minimal travel time. These Pub Music Nights are also a great selling platform. For those enquiring about the band’s availability for a private event, it is great to be able to offer them a ‘showcase’ experience. By inviting them to a free entry pub gig, clients can meet us in person before they go ahead with a booking.

What is Bandaoke?

Just like traditional karaoke, the idea is simple! You and your friends have the chance to get up and perform some of your favourite crowd-pleasing numbers. The difference is that instead of using backing tracks, you’ll be accompanied by experience live musicians. An extra microphone will be placed among the band’s line-up, ready for keen volunteers to take their turn! All you need to do is simply browse our list of available tracks for the evening, put in a request along with your name and we’ll call you up to the stage to take over from our usual lead singer. But don’t worry - she’ll stay close by to guide and accompany you if you’re a bit apprehensive about singing on your own!

How will Bandaoke be accommodated at my event?

Having announced the list of karaoke tracks at the beginning so that your guests have time to consider their choices, the band will kick off the proceedings with one of their typical live sets, which can last anywhere between 45 and 60 minutes. A complete songbook and request slips will be available for the duration of the first set, so that the band can smoothly transition into the Bandaoke section once all forms have been submitted. Whilst the band take a short interval after their first set, they will compile the requests into a running order and each participant will be called up to take their turn during the second set.
